Our customer care philosophy is quite simple. I want you to be pleased with the products that you buy from us – if you are not then please let us know, similarly if you are happy also let us know. In fact any feedback is greatly appreciated.

If there are items that you would like to see available to purchase on our site let us know and we will look into what might be possible. Remember we are a small, independent and relatively new craft business, our aim is therefore to behave in a more friendly and personal way than some of the large national/multinational companies.
