SHIPPING POLICY
I aim to keep postage costs as low as possible. For UK customers all orders over £50 receive free postage. For all orders Second Class Royal mail postage is used so please allow 2-5 days for in stock items to be delivered. Pillar candles are made to order so please allow 10-15 working days for delivery.
Postage to EU member countries uses Royal mail. Other international deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £30. Please note that any additional import or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid for by Red Kite Candles - it is advisable to investigate these before ordering.

Packaging: Wherever possible recyclable packaging is used (Cardboard, starch based filler and tissue paper).
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Damaged Goods: I make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. If, on receipt, this is not the case please contact me with details/images. Where poor condition/damage has been evidenced and agreed by Red Kite Candles you will have the option to either be refunded the full cost of the item purchased or to be sent a replacement.

Changed your mind? You have fourteen days from receipt in which to change your mind about your purchase. In these circumastances the goods will need to be returned at your cost in the same condition to the address detailed on this website. If the product is not returned in a condition that can be resold as new then no refund will be possible.

Postal Address: It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address has been entered. Red Kite Candles cannot be held responsible where an incorrect delivery address has been provided (i.e. where a customer has moved and not updated their paypal account details).
